HUD Agent

HUD Agent, included with both trixbox Pro Call Center and Unified Agent Edition, gives call center managers complete call visibility and control for efficient and effective call center management. When combined with trixbox Pro, it includes a host of agent and queue management features such as agent login/logout, on-the-fly recording, call barge, call monitor, and web launcher/CRM integration. With HUD Agent, you can easily manage call queues and agents, train and coach agents in real-time, and allow every employee to have knowledgeable and professional conversations with contacts.

HUD Queues

HUD Queues includes all the features found in HUD Agent, and adds a visual Queue Component which provides detailed views of all queues on your server, and real-time queue statistics which includes abandon rate, abandon volume, completion rate, completion volume, agent status, and hold times. Managers and agents can receive proactive desktop alerts for calls holding in a queue and abandoned calls. Managers can also send Broadcast Alerts to all or select agents in a queue to provide additional instructions or announcements. HUD Queues is available as an add-on to all trixbox Pro Call Center and Unified Agent Edition customers
